Dog Bite Incident at Porth Kidney Sands

Police are appealing for information following a dog bite incident that occurred at Porth Kidney Sands, St Ives (TR26 3) this morning Wednesday 5th August, 2026. It was reported that a member of the public was bitten and injured by a Rottweiler-type dog whilst on the beach. Officers are seeking to identify and speak with two dog walkers who were seen in the area with three Rottweilers on leads at the time of the incident. These individuals may have information that could assist the investigation.
